Documentation of the destruction of unsold copies of "Submission No. 11" (burned). Also documentation of the block (gouged).
NOTES: Three copies of "No. 11" were created. One Artist Proof has been archived (NFS), one was sold (revenue less than $38. so no application was submitted) and the last was destroyed as documented here.
