This is documentation of the unsold print (burned) and the discontinued blocks (gouged) of "Submission Fee No. 94". 

NOTES:
4 copies of "No 94" were created. One artist's proof was archived. One print was archived and two were sold for less than $40, therefore no submission was made. The last print was destroyed as documented here.
