Deadlines Passed for "Submission Fee No. 20-23"

I was out of town over the weekend so couldn't post these until now. This is documentation for the discontinuation of blocks (gouged) and destruction of unsold prints (burned) for four price tag prints for the SUBMIT project.

NOTES:

Six copies of "No. 20" were created. One Artist Proof has been archived (NFS), three was sold for a total of $41 and so a submission was sent to Webster Arts Between the Threads juried exhibition. The remaining two copies were destroyed as documented here.

Four copies of "No. 21" were created. One Artist Proof has been archived (NFS), two were sold for a total of $21 (revenue less than $40 so no application was submitted.) The remaining copy was burned as documented here. 


 

Four copies of "No. 22" were created. One Artist Proof has been archived (NFS), one was sold for a total of $1 (revenue less than $15 so no application was submitted.) The remaining copies were burned as documented here. 

 

Six copies of "No. 23" were created. One Artist Proof has been archived (NFS), three were sold for a total of $22 and so a submission was sent to Monmouth Museum's Petopia juried exhibition. The remaining two copies were destroyed as documented here.

 




Pollinators 2020 Calendar Art

This is all 12 of the hand-colored woodcuts for my Pollinators 2020 Calendar. I made the work in the spring of this year. Each is 12" x 12", although they are each made from a 6" x 6" block that is rotated around the square four times. The presale campaign for the calendars and associated artwork is live through Nov. 14, 2019. Check it out!
